Time-signal Station: Koninklijke Sterrenwacht van Belgi\"e
Mode of recording: CCD, acquisition @ 5 images/second, shifted by 64
                        lines after each exposure.
   Device of recording: CCD

7 OBSERVING Conditions
   Atmospheric transparency: bad
   Wind: ?
   Star image stability: bad
   Temperature: ?

8 Additional comments:

Scintillation often causes the star to visually almost vanish; it becomes
blurred and unsharp, usually for ~ 0.5 seconds. Photometry, however, seems
not to be affected. Definitely no occultation of more than 0.04
magnitude-seconds occurred (meaning: if an occultation occurred, it was so
short/shallow that the product of the duration of the occultation and the
magnitude drop was less than 0.04) between 18:25:07 and 18:37:52.
