Από αυτό το μαγαζί έχω αγοράσει κιάλια δύο φορές. Πλήρωσα την μια φορά 8 € και την άλλη 13,40 € λόγω διαφοράς βάρους. Τα πράγματα ήρθαν μέσα σε μία εβδομάδα μέσω του ταχυδρομείου και φυσικά πλήρωσα με κάρτα. Την δεύτερη φορά υπήρχε ένα μικρό πρόβλημα διότι μου χρέωσαν κάτι δύο φορές το οποίο όμως μετά από email μου διορθώθηκε και καταθέσαν το ποσό στον λογαριασμό μου. Κύριοι. Βέβαια παρότι στο site τους γράφουν λιγότερα μεταφορικά για Ελλάδα τελικά χρεώνουν περισσότερα κάτι που τους το ανέφερα χρησιμοποιώντας γλώσσα ολίγον τι ειρωνική αλλά και η δική τους απάντηση ήταν καλή. In your site in the product page it is written that “Shipping surcharge D: EUR 4,50 EU: EUR 4,50 Int.: EUR 9,50” but for me and probably for all the Greeks the charge for this is 13 euros. I can imagine two reasons for that: 1) The software for the e-shop has a bug or a problem. 2) Maybe someone there or your computer has no idea where is Greece. I can tell you for sure that Greece belongs to the EU since 1981. Also we belong in Europe. Last year in Portugal we won the European football cup and two days ago in Ukraine we won the Eurovision song contest. For the two products I had to pay 9 euros for the shipping (according to your site) but eventually you charge me 26 euros, 17 euros more. Why? My next buy will be a telescope, probably in October. I would like to spend 1.500,00 euros but I can’ t think what will cost me the shipping. More than 120 euros (International charge) who knows? I would decide after a lot of thinking And for the end I believe this happens accidentally. I am waiting for your answer or for your compensation. Let me explain how the shipping costs are calculated by our shop software. With many products you see "shipping surcharges" like i.e. 4,50 Euro. They are, because of heavy weight or other facts that make the shipment a bit more expensive. Within Germany, we don't have general shipping costs below 40 Euro. Abroad, EU and worldwide we have general shipping costs of 8,90 Euro to which are added the "shipping surcharges". In the cases of your orders means that the costs are: General shipping cost 8,90 Euro Shipping surcharge for the product 4,50 Euro Toegther 13,40 Euro I'm aware that Greece is within the EU and has won the European soccer cup (with the German Otto Rehagel) and the song contest (we have been the last) and congratulate your country. Outside of EU you would have to pay 8,90 + 9,50 Euro = 18,40 Euro. I know, that's quite confusing and we are going to change it and tell our customers exact shipping costs for every product, according to the weight and other factors, but that can last some time, because the software has to be moddified. Please mention, that although Greece is within the EU, it is quite far away from Germany, so the shipping costs we pay to the post (DHL) are partly higher than the ones we charge. I am sorry for that and my collegue Mr. Richter already transfered back the money. He calculated 27,00 Euro shipping costs we have to pay and did charge them without asking you. That was a mistake. However, please mention that in fact we have to pay 27,00 Euro to DHL for shipping, so shipping costs of 13,40 Euro are quite good. Unfortunatelly, Greece is quite far away from Germany. Κύριοι Θα ήθελα την βοήθεια σας στην αγορά πρώτου τηλεσκοπίου. Σας γνωρίζω ότι παρακολουθώ στο astrovox πάνω από ενάμισι χρόνο. Έχω αρκετά βιβλία προγράμματα στον υπολογιστή δύο ζεύγη κιάλια ( το ένα 30Χ70) και πότε πότε χρησιμοποιώ το τηλεσκόπιο του φίλου μου ένα dob 8”. Μέχρι προ χτες ήμουν έτοιμος να αγοράσω το ΕΤΧ 125ΑΤ της Meade (έχω δει όλα τα σχετικά sites και την δουλειά επίσης του Χασιώτη – εκπληκτική) το οποίο στην Ελλάδα πουλιέται 1350 €, αγορά από τον Νομικό. Όμως οι 5” του 125 με κόλλησαν λίγο έτσι μετά από νέο ψάξιμο στο διαδίκτυο είδα το NexStar 8i Special Edition με τον πορτοκαλί σωλήνα το οποίο είναι πιο μεγάλο σε ίντσες αλλά με ένα μόνο βραχίονα. Και μετά από όλα αυτά ρωτώ Α) Το έχει κανένας από εσάς; Αν ναι εντυπώσεις. Β) Τι τιμή έχει στην Ελλάδα; Γ) Αν το παραγγείλω από Αμερική π.χ. από http://www.telescopes.net/celestron_nexstar_8i_special_e.html όπου κοστίζει 1399 δολάρια πόσο θα πληρώσω στο τελωνείο; Και για να κλείσω, πρώτα μ’ ενδιαφέρει η παρατήρηση επίσης η αστροφωτογραφία. κατοικώ στην επαρχία και θέλω το τηλεσκόπιο μου να είναι οπωσδήποτε go to (έχω ψώνιο με την τεχνολογία).
