20" Newton F4,5 Mirror set without or with the Tube together.

20" parabolic Mirror and secondary flat is hand made by David Hinds in the UK in 1997.

The mirror is 1/8 PV and is made from Pyrex and weighs 16kg and is 4,5cm thick.

The coating is high reflective Hilux (94% a 97%)

The coating is fully intact and new since 2008, this before we moved to Crete to start "Sasteria".

This coating last over 25 years.

The tube is made from 22mm plywood segments and supported by aluminium bars.

The cover is water and dust resistant, in the tube are two fans to cool the mirror.

The tube can be used for a Dobson or as you see on our website on a equatorial mount.
