Ολόκληρο το ξίφος του Ωρίωνα-The entire Orion's sword

“Have you ever seen a sword made of stars? If not, in this picture you can see the only existing in the sky, the entire sword of Orion. On the higher point in our right you can see the hilt- there are stars between the handgrip to protect the hand as in a real sword- and in the middle of the sword there is, perhaps, the brightest, the prettiest and most precious jewel in heaven, Orion Diffuse Nebula or M42 or NGC 1976”.

Το μοναδικό ξίφος στον ουρανό είναι αυτό του Ωρίωνα. Πάνω δεξιά είναι η χειρολαβή και τα άστρα στο πάνω και κάτω τμήμα της χειρολαβής δείχνουν τα προστατευτικά του χεριού, όπως στα πραγματικά ξίφη. Στο μέσον του ξίφους υπάρχει, ίσως, το λαμπρότερο, ομορφότερο και πολυτιμότερο κόσμημα στον ουρανό, το νεφέλωμα του Ωρίωνα.
