Transit Of Mercury

Hi,

 

Did anyone have the opportunity to observe the transit of Mercury? I watched through the internet with images supplied from various locations. Will anyone be posting images tken from Hellas?

 

At least for next year's transit of Venus, I will be in Athens.

Hi Fred,

 

Look for a link to some very nice h-alpha images of the complete transit from start to finish. I captured one GIGABYTE of image data and I am making my way through the image files.

 

I will also be preparing an animated movie using the image files which should also prove to be quite interesting.

 

I trust to have everything complete by Saturday.
