Δεν ξέρω αν είναι καλό (μεγάλη κεντρική κεντρική παρεμπόδιση έχει μου φαίνεται), ούτε αν είναι διαφημιστικό κόλπο (Μας συγχωρείτε, λόγω μεγάλης ζήτησης δυστυχώς εξαντλήθηκε, μπορούμε όμως να σας προτείνουμε RC 24΄΄ στην φανταστική τιμή των 99999$).

Δεν το σβήνω για ιστορικούς λόγους. Αναρωτιέμαι, τι πράγματα είναι αυτά; Είναι δυνατόν να πωλείται τόσο ή ήταν διαφημιστικό κόλπο εξ’ αρχής;

As you know, the hard part which raises the cost of the R-C system is the figuring of the secondary. I wish that they were cheaper-then I'd get one too. Naturally they are an excellent choice for astrophotography.

 

Ritchie wanted to have R-C optics installed on the 200-inch at Palomar. So he eventually ended up in disagreement with George Hale over the that. Hale was the director and practically always got the final word in and thus the 200-inch does not have an R-C configuration.

 

I have not come any reports about the 6-inch AstroTech. will have to look for it.
