Stellafane 2005 - Frank with David Levy and John Dobson

I certainly recognize those two guys. David has been attending the Riverside Telescope Makers Conference for years and I first met John at RTMC in 1983 while he was displaying a 6-inch solar reflector. John has given a few talk at our local astronomy club in the Antelope Valley of southern California too. I gather that ngc4565 is Frank?

Hello Fred, David Levy a native Montrealer and honorary president of the RASC Montreal Centre comes by our club on a regular basis and on occasion has come out observing with us as well.

 

I have had many one-on-one conversations with John Dobson - what an interesting gentleman - and a hoot of a guy to boot.
