  1. Hello, thanks for the additional info. Yeah, the sigma width is large (Latvia to Bulgaria), and Poltava is also 04:54 AM. Anyway I'd try it if the weather would be good enough. (10.1m is around my visual limit to see the star steadily without any flickering). Perhaps there is another thread about occultation in November, I post this to the wrong one...

  3. Hi Vagelis, Apart from using a web-translator for reading this forum, everything else looks nice. Oh, there is one event in November that I would share with Americans (Georgia and Alabama). So Greece is closer and certainly easier to cross. I'm about to get them in November, so I hope to get first experience by the end of 2011. Meanwhile I had pretty good visual season this autumn, and we will have a local conference on minor bodies in Dnipropetrovsk in less than 3 weeks - that is a good chance to get new observers.
