Το Firstscope 5'' είναι πολύ συμπαθητικό τηλεσκόπιο και κρατά καλά την ευθυγράμμισή του. Και σε σχέση με τα διοπτρικά παρόμοιας αξίας είναι "αποχρωματικό", έρχεται με ενσωματωμένη σταθερότατη βάση παρόμοια με των Dob της SW σε φιλοσοφία, αλλά μονού βραχίονα (δέχεται και άλλα μικρά τηλεσκόπια με Vixen Dovetail) και έχει μεγαλύτερη διάμετρο από τα 70-80-90-102 που κυκλοφορούν. Το μικρό όμως των 3'', λόγω κεντρικής παρεμπόδισης δεν υπερτερεί (είναι σαν 2'', δηλαδή σαν ένας ερευνητής ή τυπικό κιάλι), χώρια που παραείναι "γρήγορο" όπως λέει ο Γιώργος. Κύριο πρόβλημα στο 5'' το θέμα του φωτοχιτωνίου αλλά λύνεται με 8 ευρώ και ένα κοπίδι.

Μην ξεχάσετε να τα ελέγξετε επί τόπου, ώστε να μην έχουμε παράπονα... Θα έρθει μάλλον και το Bresser τηλεσκόπιο τα Χριστούγεννα. Εκτός αν μας κάνουν καμμία άλλη έκπληξη. Λέω να το πάρω για το τρίποδο και μόνο (για το ST80).

Εννοούσα απλό μοτέρ αλλά έκανα λάθος καθώς δεν προσφέρει τίποτε σε υψαζιμουθιακές, κάνει μόνο για ισημερινές. Στις άλλες χρειάζονται δύο κινητήρες και encoder. Άρα άκυρο.

Συμφωνώ και αυτά θεωρούνται το minimum στα εισαγωγικά τηλεσκόπια, αν και ένα νευτώνιο 130mm το ανταγωνίζεται επάξια νομίζω. Το θέμα είναι με τι στήριξη; Υψαζιμουθιακή ή Ισημερινή; Απλή ή autotracking; Νομίζω υψαζιμουθιακή με autotracking αν προσφέρεται για ένα διοπτρικό προσανατολισμένο στην πλανητική και ολίγον από επίγεια (βάζοντας την πρίζα) είναι μια χαρά.

Μου αρέσει η ιδέα με το κουτάκι. Φθάνει να βρώ ένα κατάλληλο και θα εφαρμοστεί άμεσα.

Ναι. Η βάση του Rigel έχει μια υποδοχή βίδας μέσω της οποίας μπορεί να προσαρμοστεί πάνω στο clamp. Προσοχή, δεν μπόρεσα να το δοκιμάσω λόγω έλλειψης βάσης, αλλά πρέπει να γίνεται. Ο Rigel αξίζει 100% τα χρήματά του καθώς μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε όσα τηλεσκόπια έχεις, φθάνει να έχεις μια βάση για το καθένα. Αν αγοράσεις έναν θα βάλεις την μία βάση στο C9.25 και την άλλη στο Baader Clamp. Εγώ που έχω 4 σωλήνες θέλω και άλλες βάσεις (καλά, το ST 80 δεν χρειάζεται Rigel, αλλά όλο και κάποιο τηλεσκόπιο ακόμη θα πάρω). Αυτό επειδή τα κόλλησα με ταινία διπλής όψεως. Σου βάζω δύο φωτογραφίες. Στην μία φαίνεται ο Rigel στην βάση του και η δεύτερη βάση δίπλα με την υποδοχή της βίδας. Στην άλλη το μέγεθος του Rigel σε σχέση με άλλα RDF. Είναι τζάμπα γι αυτά που προσφέρει, 40$ από Αμερική (το πήρα από Optcorp), 57 ευρώ από την AKTIS, όσα και το Telrad. OFF TOPIC: Βρήκες τραπέζι πουθενά;
