Μου αρέσει η ιδέα με το κουτάκι. Φθάνει να βρώ ένα κατάλληλο και θα εφαρμοστεί άμεσα.

Ναι. Η βάση του Rigel έχει μια υποδοχή βίδας μέσω της οποίας μπορεί να προσαρμοστεί πάνω στο clamp. Προσοχή, δεν μπόρεσα να το δοκιμάσω λόγω έλλειψης βάσης, αλλά πρέπει να γίνεται. Ο Rigel αξίζει 100% τα χρήματά του καθώς μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε όσα τηλεσκόπια έχεις, φθάνει να έχεις μια βάση για το καθένα. Αν αγοράσεις έναν θα βάλεις την μία βάση στο C9.25 και την άλλη στο Baader Clamp. Εγώ που έχω 4 σωλήνες θέλω και άλλες βάσεις (καλά, το ST 80 δεν χρειάζεται Rigel, αλλά όλο και κάποιο τηλεσκόπιο ακόμη θα πάρω). Αυτό επειδή τα κόλλησα με ταινία διπλής όψεως. Σου βάζω δύο φωτογραφίες. Στην μία φαίνεται ο Rigel στην βάση του και η δεύτερη βάση δίπλα με την υποδοχή της βίδας. Στην άλλη το μέγεθος του Rigel σε σχέση με άλλα RDF. Είναι τζάμπα γι αυτά που προσφέρει, 40$ από Αμερική (το πήρα από Optcorp), 57 ευρώ από την AKTIS, όσα και το Telrad. OFF TOPIC: Βρήκες τραπέζι πουθενά;

Σας βρήκα λύση με τον Rigel, δεν έχω όμως άλλη ελεύθερη βάση για να τον δοκιμάσω (είναι κολλημένες στα C4 & C6). Παίρνουμε ένα Baader Dovetail Clamp V (40 ευρώ, πολλοί έχουν ήδη ένα δυό διαθέσιμα, όπως και εγώ) Περνάμε στο κέντρο μια βίδα 1/4-20 (1/4" διάμετρος, 20 βόλτες ανά ίντσα) με την οποία βιδώνουμε την βάση του Rigel (έχει τέτοια υποδοχή, είναι φοβερά ευέλικτος ο Rigel Quickfinder). Περνάμε και το παξιμάδι. (βίδα και παξιμάδι είναι σχεδόν τζάμπα, έχω απόθεμα). Όλο μαζί το τοποθετούμε στο Vixen dovetail του SW130. Έτοιμο. Αν περισσεύει κανενός μία βάση (με το αζημίωτο) θα το δοκιμάσω στην πράξη να σας το δείξω. Επίσης μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί το laser της Celestron (το έχω και αυτό και το έβαλα, αλλά δείχνει καλύτερα σε σκοτεινό ουρανό, είναι κάπως ασθενές), φθάνει με ένα σκαρπέλο να ξύσουμε λίγο το mini dovetail του SW130, επειδή είναι 1mm μεγαλύτερο από ότι πρέπει. Είχα μεγάλη όρεξη χθες να κάνω παρατήρηση, με όλα αυτά που λέμε σκόπευα να χρησιμοποιήσω το SW130, αλλά η διαύγεια εδώ ήταν χάλια (είχε και νεφώσεις εδώ και εκεί). Πολλή η υγρασία, γεμάτη υδρατμούς η ατμόσφαιρα. Ελπίζω να ρίξει καρεκλοπόδαρα και να καθαρίσει ο ουρανός.

Έχω Rigel και μου περίσσευε μία βάση (έρχεται με 2) την οποία από εδώ την δοκίμαζα, από εκεί την πρόβαρα, τελικά την έβαλα στο C4. Ο λόγος είναι πως είναι αρκετά πιο φαρδιά από την στεφάνη και προεξείχε πολύ. Μπορούσε να μπεί μόνο στο κάτω 1/2 του σωλήνα που είναι καλυμμένος, αλλά δεν μου άρεσε εκεί. Όμως ο Rigel έχει δακτυλίους 0.5 και 2 μοιρών. Το SW με έναν SWA 24mm (Hyperion για μένα αλλά και Panoptic ή όποιο άλλο) δίνει 2.5 μοίρες πεδίο, σαν Giant κιάλι δηλαδή. Με ένα UWA 16mm (πχ TV T5) δίνει 2 μοίρες. Έτσι δεν χρειάζεται και τόσο τον ερευνητή. Το RDF το χρησιμοποιώ για ένα λαμπρό αστέρι και μετά ψάχνω με τον Hyperion 24mm ή το ελαφρότερο Agena 20mm (2.2 μοίρες). Μια άλλη λύση είναι ένας προσαρμογέας Piggyback για Vixen type Dovetail (ADM). Αλλά αρκετά περίπλοκο για ένα απλό τηλεσκόπιο σαν το Babydob. http://www.skiesunlimited.net/index.php?ProductID=5617

Το ίδιο πρόβλημα έχω και εγώ. Η βάση είναι ενσωματωμένη στην στεφάνη και δεν αλλάζει δυστυχώς. Ούτως ή άλλως το βάρος ενός RACI θα δυσκόλευε τα πράγματα. Ο Rigel (πανάλαφρος) μπορεί να μπεί αλλά αρκετά χαμηλά, το κεφάλι θα κάνει διαδρομές. Αλλιώς, αν βρεις τρόπο να εφαρμόσεις άκαμπτο σκιάδιο, μπορείς να το κολλήσεις επάνω.
